My name is Heather Sosa. I have a Master’s degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. I have extensive knowledge in both eastern and western nutrition. Food is medicine and one of our foundational pillars of health. As is the case with exercise, our relationships, and our mental and emotional states. This is why health is about the whole person. In addition to my training in Oriental Medicine, I also have education in emergency medicine, stress management, and holistic coaching.
I am a trained and licensed acupuncturist in Arizona, where I practice within a clinical care model.
In New Mexico, my work shifts into a coaching role, helping clients bridge the gap between knowing and doing when it comes to their health. Drawing from my background in Traditional and Western medicine, I focus on nutrition, lifestyle, and foundational habits that support long-term vitality.
