I offer a 30-minute consultation to discuss the goals/changes you want to achieve and how I can help you do this.
Initial Four Weeks
Here, I help you formulate and execute a plan to change your life. We meet 1 time per week for four weeks and make adjustments where needed. I provide you with the tools, resources, education, and support that fit your needs. I also provide check-ins via text or email, and you are welcome to contact me with questions/concerns.
Moving Forward
I will continue providing you with support and the knowledge you need for as long as you feel you need it! We continue with weekly meetings at 4-week increments.
